Caitlin is an experienced child & youth therapist integrating play and art in a warm, relational approach.

Caitlin has extensive experience working with children and adolescents in different environments. Caitlin has a background and diploma in Addiction & Mental Health, as well as her Master of Social Work specializing in Children & their Families. Caitlin has spent time working in the healthcare sector at local hospitals, as well as with Children's Aid Society, and the Toronto Catholic District School Board.
Caitlin has worked as a therapist primarily supporting children and teens for the past 2 years. When working with Caitlin, you can expect to engage in creative exploration through play & art. Caitlin believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the core of growth and healing. Caitlin works with a variety of presenting concerns, including Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and more. Caitlin has training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, & Motivational Interviewing, and has experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. Caitlin currently specializes in working with children and adolescents, as well as parents in a virtual setting.
